WPB WebDesigns provides web design, hosting, and digital support services. All services are subject to availability and acceptance of these Terms.

- Credit card or payment details (collected securely via Stripe)

3. Payment Processing via Stripe
All payments are processed through Stripe, a secure and PCI-compliant third-party payment gateway. When you complete a purchase, Stripe collects and stores your billing and card information. WPB WebDesigns does not store your full credit card number but has access to basic metadata and billing status to manage your account.
4. SMS Communication and Consent
By submitting your phone number at checkout or through any service request, you consent to receive transactional SMS communications from WPB WebDesigns, including:
- Payment failure notices
- Billing and renewal reminders
- Account alerts or service notices
You may opt out by replying “STOP” to any message. Reply “HELP” for assistance, or contact our team directly at 800-923-6661.
5. User Responsibilities
Users agree to provide accurate, complete information. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials and any activities under their account.
6. Payment Terms
All services must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. If a payment is declined and not corrected within 10 days, a one-time $99 reactivation fee may be charged, and service access may be suspended.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and work produced by WPB WebDesigns remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise stated in writing. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is prohibited.
8. Third-Party Platforms
We use third-party platforms such as Stripe (for billing) and Twilio (for SMS communications). Use of our services means you agree to their terms of service and privacy policies.
9. Limitation of Liability
We make every effort to deliver reliable services but are not responsible for delays, service interruptions, or third-party failures outside our control.
10. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate accounts or deny service at our discretion for any violation of these Terms, abuse of services, or failure to pay.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
